Let’s start with the obvious. Tower Bridge is such an iconic landmark of London and on top of that, it has many photo-worthy angles.
Walk the bridge or walk around the north and south sides for excellent photo ops, including the fountain Girl with a Dolphin.

Most Instagrammable Place in London #2: St. Paul’s Cathedral
Another stunning landmark with multiple photogenic angles. The most common photo on Instagram is taken from New Change Street, in front of the One New Change shopping mall.
However, there are lots of other interesting viewpoints. Try going to the rooftop in the same shopping mall (Madison restaurant is there but you don’t need to go inside the restaurant to access the rooftop).

This is not as famous as the previous two locations on Instagram. The art installation was done recently and it is mostly visited by locals. Not necessarily by tourists.

A very photogenic market and also famous among Harry Potter fans.
Leadenhall Market is closed on the weekends. It is best to avoid lunchtime and after-office hours if you don’t want to have other people in your shots.

This is the cutest hidden garden in the middle of the city. It is not easy to spot it from the outside so be sure to check the location in the map.
The church is closed, as it was left in ruins after World War II, and then rebuilt as a public garden.

Piccadilly Circus is famous for its photos with neon signs and huge video displays. Gives you a little bit of Times Square vibes.
Also, there is always many people and red buses passing by so it is the perfect spot for a photo of the busy London life.

Since you are already in Piccadilly Circus, how about going next to Regent Street?
The curved street with the typical londoner architecture looks great in photos.
The street is pretty much monochrome, so adding a colorful outfit to the mix creates the perfect contrast.
Also, if it happens to be December – January, Regent Street is famous for its Christmas lights.

I absolutely love this photography spot in London.
It is not super famous in Instagram, and most tourists will skip this park during their visit.

It can take a bit more than 1 hour to get here from the city centre, but the ‘trip’ is well worth it, especially to check out the conservatory.

The Sky Garden is London’s highest public garden and is located in the Walkie Talkie building.

Besides being a great photography spot in London, the Emirates cable car is a fun, affordable activity.
The ride goes from above the Thames River for about 10 minutes. It can be a one-way or a return trip.
The two stations for departing and arrival are Emirates Greenwich Peninsula and Emirates Royal Docks. The entry is as simple as when using the underground, except that you will be flying with an amazing view to The O2 and Canary Wharf.

Notting Hill is basically the epitome of Instagram-worthy streets.

A colourful little corner, but well-known as an instagrammy spot.
Neal’s Yard is only accessible via two small cobbled alleys. It is surrounded by bright coloured buildings and restaurants.

This sculpture is the vibrant artwork created by David Mach. It is located in the Kingston downtown shopping area, so you can walk around after snapping some photos.

Officially known as the London Millenium Footbridge, the Millenium bridge is perfectly aligned with the south facade of St. Paul’s Cathedral.

It is important to be aware that DSLRs, or other professional cameras are not allowed in here. You can only use your celphone for photos.

Besides being a beautiful cultural spot, with lots of history behind, the photography opportunities here are amazing.
The surroundings are insta-worthy enough, but the gallery inside the Royal Naval College, also known as ‘Britain’s Sistine Chapel’, is definitely worth a visit.

This is the historic building where the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s government is located.
Many people choose it as their wedding venue because of the beautiful photo ops.

It is better to go during the weekdays, as the queue to enter to the Natural History Museum can get endless on the weekends.
There are some paid sections, but the free sections are the most photographed.
Also, right outside the museum there is a carousel and an ice skating rink, which make for pretty photos as well.

Mostly skipped by tourists but they don’t know what they are missing! This hidden spot is very representative of street art in London.
Go at any time and you will find artists doing amazing graffitis on top of older ones. The whole tunnel is covered in art and it is constantly changing.
If you go in the morning, there will be less people taking photos.
The entrance is completely free but you can also have a drink at one of the cafes or bars inside the tunnel.

Also known as the Neasden Temple, this complex is an Indian masterpiece located in West London.
Photos are not allowed inside so, unfortunately, you can’t take photos with your celphone, and they will keep any other cameras at the security gate until you end your visit.
However, you can take photos outside with your phone. The front view is stunning as well as the view from the side gardens.
